This stage results in a Project Initiation Document (‘PID’) that is mutually agreed upon by the client and Cegedim. The PID provides clarity and accountability throughout the project.

As part of the solution design, it also allows the project configuration to follow a benefit-driven approach, identifying the delivery sequence that, when mapped against client requirements, optimises the flow of realised business benefits.

Project initiation document 


The supporting infrastructure is created and the activities required for the production environment begin. Both installations can be onsite or hosted.

The PMO stage can also include development work related to any critical path customisation or enhancements outlined in the PID. It is often possible to run these in parallel to the Build Model Office stage to minimise overall project length.

Prepare for Model Office  


The BMO consists of the analysis and physical configuration work designed to model Actisure to a client’s products and processes. It includes the following components:

  • Agile approach: 3-week build sprints matching development sprints
  • Process-focused workshops
  • Actisure configuration
  • Includes to-be business process testing and sign-off
  • Includes other workstreams, e.g
  • Interfaces
  • Data Migration
Built Model Office 


Actisure is configured and tested. The core system and the financial benefits are validated, and any enhancements and customisations undergo User Acceptance Testing (‘UAT’).

Run Model Office 


The tested core Actisure system, together with related interfaces and other relevant work streams, is migrated from the Model Office environment to the production environment

While delivering a smooth technical transition, we partner with our clients to ensure a smooth ‘operational transition’, incorporating end user training and any actions required to ‘ready the business’ for go-live..
